ABOUT THIS COURSE
The BSB30215 Certificate III in Customer Engagement is the perfect qualification for those looking to launch a career or upskill in providing exceptional customer service. If you already have an engaging personality and love to chat on the phone, this qualification will give you the practical skills you need to turn those qualities into a profession.
You will learn the essentials including using multiple information systems, knowing your product and service inside out, keeping your cool under stress, delivering exceptional customer service turning complaints into opportunities, planning your workload and working safely and effectively.
This course is also offered as a traineeship, so you will be earning while you learn in a supportive and action-packed environment. We will visit you in the workplace and make sure your learning seamlessly complements your work role. We take the time to talk with your employer regularly so you never feel overwhelmed while juggling your studies with your job.

Arrow is contracted by the WA Government to deliver training for this qualification as part of Jobs and Skills WA and the great news is you may eligible for a subsidised place!
You may be eligible if you are;
An Australian citizen; or
A permanent visa holder; or
A holder of a sub-class 309, 444, 785, 790, 820 or 826 visa; or
A secondary holder of a temporary visa of sub-class 457;
A holder of a Bridging Visa E (subclasses 050 and 051) where the visa holder has made a valid application for a visa of subclass 785 or 790; or
Are no longer at school; and
Western Australia is your primary place of residence
